MaseI have followed the progress of RIGS since it first opened and have not been surprised by how popular it has become in such a short period of time.
The facilities available are second-to-none in the area and have attracted a wide variety of members; from gym virgins to pro athletes. There is truly something for everyone there.
If you opt for the ELITE membership you are also free to attend any of the regular classes which take place throughout the week. I’d personally recommend Jason’s Functional Fitness level 2 class although I must warn you it’s not for the faint-hearted!
Unfortunately I no longer live in the area but whenever I am back in Birmingham visiting friends and family I make sure I drop in to RIGS for Sam and his team to put me through my paces.
Whatever your athletic goals, if you are looking for a place to get you into the shape of your life then RIGS is the place for you!
