Sam shows you a quick, easy and effective method to wrap your hands with 4.5m wraps. There are a couple of key points you need to know when wrapping your hands, including keeping you palm facing down at all times whilst your wrapping. Watch the rest of the video for all the tips you need. Once you’ve practised this method a few times you will be good to go and train knowing your hand is in a safe position to train.
