YOU CAN BOOK YOUR FREE SPACE TO OUR OPEN WEEKEND HERE

The gym’s facilities will be available for open training from 10am-4pm on both days whilst classes are taking place. You can jus turn up on the day for all classes, with the exception of Olympic Weightlifting which you will need to book a space (maximum of 15 places, first come first serve).
