…Introducing Morning Functional Fitness sessions at Rigs Fitness:

  • WHEN: 9.30-10.30am Mondays & Thursdays
  • WHERE: Rigs Fitness, Moseley
  • WHO: Anybody who wants to get fit and feel more energetic!
  • HOW MUCH: £6 Per Session… or pay £30 for 6 sessions

Our award winning functional fitness classes aim to make you look, feel and perform better. Coached by our educated, certified & experienced fitness professionals you don’t have to plan your own session – just turn up, listen and train!

Each session will have a circuit training style to it… including bodyweight conditioning, functional training, boxing fitness, and bootcamp fitness. All exercises will be tailored to your level of fitness so don’t worry if you’ve been out of action for a while.
