We’re open 7 days a week. 7AM to 9PM Monday to Friday, and 10AM to 4PM Saturday and Sunday.

Yes. We have both male and female changing facilities fully equipped with showers, mirrors, sockets, benches, lockers and toilets.

[/toggle] [toggle title=”DO YOU HAVE A SAUNA OR SPA FACILITIES?”]

No. We are interested in performance and reaching fitness goals, not chatting in the sauna and relaxing in the spa.


We have three spin bikes and a Concept II rower. Both are used in high intensity circuits and for warming up. We prefer to get our cardio the right way: through high intensity circuits, functional fitness classes and combat sports training! Not spending monotonous hours on the treadmill!

We don’t offer pay per session training. We like our members to train the correct amount of times a week to ensure they progress properly and reach their goal. Paying per session only decreases the frequency of training.

[/toggle] [toggle title=”HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO TRAIN?”]

The minimum age for a Rigs membership is 14.

Yes. Current British ISKA kickboxing champion, Callum Hawthorne runs a kids kickboxing class on a Wednesday evening from 6-7pm. This is an external class that is separate to our membership. For more details come down and see Callum to book your free trial session.

Yes we have a private car park and on-street parking is perfectly ok on Willersey Road and Wake Green Road.

We’re less than 10 minutes from the centre of both Solihull and Birmingham!

Yes. Head coach Sam is a very experienced personal trainer and runs sessions that are tailored to your needs. We also offer 1-1 boxing, kickboxing and group training sessions. Ask at reception or call for more details.

No. We’re happy to say that people are never waiting for equipment at Rigs. Such is the variety of training here, many members come in for different activites, so no one thing ends up monopolised.

No. We offer a range of ladies only classes and all other classes are mixed. At Rigs we have the knowledge and facilities for you to train the best way to reach your goal. We cater for all ages and genders.

Signing up for a membership is easy using our online sign-up form. If you prefer though you can always come to reception and simply fill in a membership form (have your bank account details ready), sign a PARQ, and have an induction, then you’re free to use Rigs as you like.
