For the morning after…
We set up a 15-station circuit, which runs non-stop for 2 hours. This class isn’t structured like most of our other classes, allowing you to turn up any time while the circuits are running and join in! With a big emphasis on aerobic training and sprint-style cardio work, this class is ideal for anybody who wants to sweat it all out, de-stress, and train hard to increase whole body fitness.
