Our #TrainLikeAnAthlete foundation programmes are designed around common goals in health, fitness and sport performance. With a host of specific goals to choose from, our 10 week evidence-based programmes provide you the structure in your training, getting you the results you want at a more affordable price.

Increase lean body mass and train for muscle hypertrophy (add size).

GET RIPPED

Reduce body fat percentage, tone up and lean out.

STRONG & STABLE

Improve your stabilisation strength and bodily control with this programme. Great foundation phase and precursor prior to a more intense lifting phase such as hypertrophy or strength/power development.

ENDURANCE PERFORMANCE

For those looking to improve their cardio-vascular (CV) endurance and energy systems. Great for preparing for a race or event covering both CV training and strength-stability for endurance.

STRENGTH & POWER

Real emphasis on force production and rate of force production. Lift more, jump higher and unleash your beast! A base level of resistance training and lifting is strongly advised prior to undertaking this programme.

SPEED

Focusses on specific exercises to help improve technique, tempo and sprint mechanics. Accompanied by key strength movements, this programme will leave your competition trailing behind!

STRONGMAN

Incorporating movements associated with Strongman – such as pulls, carries, presses & drags – this programme gives you a full body metabolic workout, improving your strength in a variety of ways. Whatever your size or strength, sessions can be tailored to you.

ALL IN ONE - FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE

Covering all your primary athletic functions in a hybrid approach to training, this programme is a fantastic way to prepare for your assault course / Tough Mudder style race.

TOTAL PERFORMANCE TRIO

Including an initial consultation, our performances team will discuss your goals and help select three of our set 10 week programmes to help you achieve them.
