Bio: As a coach I look for ways to improve performance, which enhances the ability to exercise, move and feel better. I enjoy coaching for Power, strength, athletic ability. This also allows me to use this knowledge to train people looking for fat loss and physique improvements, as the intensity of the training translates to both.
