At Rigs Fitness, we understand that no athlete is the same so no programme should be either. There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ programme, which is why all our ADP’s are designed based on the needs of any given athlete:
- Sport or Competition
- Aims, Goals and Aspirations
- Biomechanical Restrictions
- Current Training Age and Physical Ability (via initial subjective and objective assessment measures)
- Time Commitments & Budget
- Club Specific Targets and Individual Requirements
On the Rigs ADP, constant monitoring and assessment ensures progressions and improvement. Be this via objective measures (performance assessments or movement screening) or subjective measures (such as the athletes feelings or coach’s judgement). With pre and post phase assessments, ongoing athlete monitoring and regular feedback, it’s easy to identify your progression and see your performance continue improve.
For all our ADP athletes, we consider training reality to be as important as training ideology. Planning the most meticulous scientific programme there has ever been is useless if an athlete cannot complete any of the sessions. Be that because of time constraint, facility access, movement restriction or an already packed sporting schedule. Whether you’re a full time athlete or weekend warrior, we’ll ensure that your programme is realistic and manageable as well as being based around sound scientific principles.

We want you to optimise your performance. Through assessments, reassessments, bespoke programming and improving sport specific movements, the Rigs ADP will give you the physical attributes to enhance your technical ability and optimise your full athletic potential.

Our coaches stay at the forefront of current research, ensuring that whatever your time commitment, requirement or physical competency, you’re getting the right training to improve your performance and achieve your full potential.

We won’t just run your session send you packing, the ADP is a learning process for your physical development and preparation. The more we can teach you about your training, your recovery, your nutrition and how to perform at your very best, the more likely you are to stay performing there. We regularly run educational seminars and drop ins, designed to educate our athletes on a wide range of important topics, truly incorporating the 360 approach to an athlete lifestyle.
