Whether an Individual or Team, this tried and tested programme is designed to cover everything from strength & power training to metabolic conditioning, corrective exercise and recovery strategies, as well as nutrition and lifestyle management.

From day 1, your journey as an ADP athlete is all about you. After completing a detailed athlete profile, needs analysis and athletic screening, your bespoke phase by phase approach will develop the physical qualities required for your sport and reduce your risk of injury.
Using individual training periodisation we structure your training around your existing weekly, monthly and annual schedule so you’re performing at your best when it really matters.
Where required, we work side by side with your coaches, physiotherapists and key support staff, ensuring all parties are on the same page with your athletic development.

Individual and Small Group ADP packages offer our most bespoke support and personalised training. With a low coach-to-athlete ratio (one-to-one, one-to-two or one-to-three), you’ll have dedicated performance programming and coaching to help develop your athletic potential in the most professional and effective environment.

Individual and Small Group Packages
Our premium performance package, the I-ADP caters for individual athletes of all standards and ages. Each I-ADP runs on a 16-week cycle, including full membership* and weekly 1-2-1 sessions with your own dedicated S&C coach, with further weekly sessions scheduled as required (coach-led if desired).

Located too far for regular weekly travel? Training on a budget?
Our Remote I-ADP gives you all the performance support available on the I-ADP, without the membership and weekly sessions. With 6 assessment, orientation and programme update sessions spread across your 16 week training cycle, the Remote I-ADP gives you the flexibility to train like an athlete; whatever your location or budget.
Interested in training with a friend, team member or fellow athlete(s)? Then cut the price per head and train with your friends.
Our Small Group ADPs provide all the benefits of our Athlete Development Programme, in a semi-private setting. You’ll work together through a similar structured programme, tailored towards your sporting requirements and individual needs. Training in a small group is great, using team exercises and friendly competition to keep you motivated to each achieve your performance goals, and boss it together on game day.

As an ADP team, you’ll have a dedicated coaching team available for field based and weight room sessions, as well as weekly scheduling and game day preparations. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly to accommodate your budget or time-commitment, and sessions can be based at our award winning performance gym or externally at a facility or location near you.
