New Head of Performance & Strength and Conditioning – Josh Bridgeman

We’re delighted to welcome young and enthusiastic strength and conditioning coach, Josh Bridgeman to the performance team here at Rigs Fitness in Birmingham. Josh will be in charge of the hugely successful performance arm to our award winning gym, including the full athlete development programme.

Since gaining a first class honours degree from the University of Nottingham, Josh has made a smooth transition into the world of strength and conditioning in Birmingham. Specialising in athletic development and working with university and national standard athlete in various sports, Josh is keen to take new athletes under his wing and provide the support and expertise needed to help you achieve your goals.
