Bio: In 2007 I was invited to Campion Hill in Leamington Spa for a local Fourcross race. This was to become the start of my journey in competitive cycling in one of the most difficult disciplines, BMX Racing. I continued racing Fourcross and did the entire national series in 2008, in 2009 I set up and ran the Yeti UK Fourcross team where all 5 of us did the entire national series plus some high profile Dual Slalom races. By this time I wanted to start improving my results and decided the best way was to enter the Gym and start training there in order to develop more power and make myself more crash resistant.
